The Times Of India is reporting that Sutter Healthcare has hired an account manager to manage the company’s employee life cycle.
Sutter said in a statement that it has “additional personnel” in place to support the new policy, which will apply to all employees.
In an email to the Times of the day, Sutter’s head of HR, Andrew Cram, said the new “administrative process will help ensure that we maintain a clear path for all employees to become a part of our team.”
He also said that the new policies will apply across the organization.
Sutters spokesperson Josh Sautner confirmed the news to Business Insider.
Cram told the publication that he is aware of the policy change and was not involved in its implementation.
Sautninger added that the change would not affect existing employees.
“We are continuing to work with HR to help make sure the policies will help all employees be better positioned for their future careers,” he said.
